Appointments: Your appointment is reserved once you complete the booking process and payment is confirmed. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but sometimes a little flexibility is needed (think rain delays or unicorn traffic jams).

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified during booking. All payments are processed securely.
Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us 24 hours notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply (we gotta pay our wash wizards, you know).

Flawless Results: We strive to deliver the most sparkling clean your car has ever seen. But hey, we're not miracle workers. If your car's been through a mud wrestling match, some stains might be a bit stubborn.

Liability: We'll treat your car like it's our own (maybe even better). But we're not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

Your Stuff: Please remove any valuables from your car before our visit. We're not responsible for lost or stolen items.
